The Trigger

Don’t set me off man;
Today or any day.
If you want some trouble;
Just light my fire and say,
I’ll pull your trigger!

Please don’t mess with that;
It’s really not your stuff;
My mother gave to me;
I’ve really had enough;
Don’t pull my trigger!

Now you made me mad;
I’m going to have say;
Sorry once again;
Another wounded day;
You pulled my trigger!

Next time I’m going to think;
It’s not your mind it’s mine;
So when you want to fight;
I will indeed decline.
Can’t pull my trigger!

Maybe now I could retain;
My pride, my glare, my fuss;
And turn all this trigger stuff;
Into fairy dust.
I lost my trigger.
